ASSEMBLAGE is an artist-run center supporting research and creation in dance, music, film, theater, literature and fine arts. We offer individualized artist residencies, group workshops and retreats focused on experimentation, collaboration, and connection to nature.
home BASE
Our main center is located in the Vosges mountains in eastern France, three hours from Paris by train. Surrounded by forests, rivers and lakes, the house can host up to 20 guests, and contains a spacious dance studio, a fully equipped music recording studio, a visual arts and woodworking atelier, and a wide-ranging bilingual library.
Our headquarters is located in the bustling Belleville neighborhood of Paris, where we host individualized residencies focused on connect artists to curators and presenters for the diffusion of their work.
HEADQUARTERS
Our spaces are also available for private events and short-term rentals. By staying at Assemblage, you are directly supporting our artist residency program, enabling us to offer sustainable conditions for creative work.
